Congratulations to the team at Docusign Japan, who have moved into a new home on a larger floor at Toranomon Hills Mori Tower. The office opened in August 2026, built for a growing team in Japan and for technology that matches the standards Docusign runs across the rest of the business.
mtc is proud to have delivered every technology element of the move. We joined during the first test fits, around 14 months before the team walked in, and stayed through design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover.

Zoom rooms across 10 video conferencing rooms and 15 huddle spaces, on Logitech hardware and Sony Bravia professional displays.
Training rooms
Two rooms that combine into one automatically, with multi-camera tracking that follows presenters and speakers.
All-hands cafe space
A 160 inch LED display and automated control that anyone can walk in and use, with no manual and no help needed.
Security
Access control, CCTV and visitor management on a cloud based platform.
Sound masking
A Biamp Cambridge system covering the whole floor, lifting the noise floor so conversations stay private in open areas.
Carrier and building coordination
Circuit delivery handled with the Japanese carriers directly, plus site access and building permissions.
The old office
Relocation of the IT equipment Docusign wanted to reuse, then decommissioning and handback to the building owner.
