These terms cover the use of this website. They do not cover the services we deliver, which are governed by the written agreement for each project.

1. Who these terms are from
This website is operated by mtc kk, a company registered in Japan with its office at 2F, Tosei Building, 18-10 Nihonbashi Hakozakicho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-0015. In these terms, mtc, we and us mean mtc kk.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is for
The site describes our services and our completed work. It is general information, not advice, and not an offer capable of acceptance.
Nothing on this site forms a contract. Work is carried out under a separate written agreement, and where that agreement differs from anything on this site, the agreement applies.
3. Accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or that it is complete. Specifications, lead times, availability and regulatory requirements change.
Case studies describe work as it was delivered at the time. They are not a promise of the same outcome, cost or programme on a different project.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site, including text, images, drawings, layout and code, belongs to mtc or is used by us under licence.
You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy the content, or use it to train a model, without our written permission.

Manufacturer names, product names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify equipment we supply, install or support, and their use does not imply that those owners endorse us beyond the partner accreditations we state.
Where we link to another website, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content.

If you contact us through this site, we handle what you send in the way set out in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through a web form. If you need to send something confidential, tell us and we will agree a suitable route first.
