Tell us what you are planning
The more you can tell us about the building, the floor and the dates, the more useful the first reply will be. If you do not have those yet, say so and we will start from what you do have.
Useful if you have it: the building and floor, the size in square metres or headcount, your target move-in date, and whether the lease is signed.
What happens next
One of our engineers reads it. You will hear back within one working day in most cases, and the first reply will tell you what we would need to look at before quoting anything. When we do quote, the proposal is transparent and realistic. It includes the night and weekend work, site meetings, compliance documents and licensed people the project will need, so they do not reach you later as variations.
If it turns out the sensible next step is a site visit, we will say so.
